Isoline
An “isoline” is a geographical term for a map line connecting points of equal value. This piece was created in response to our nationʼs response to the bombing of the World Trade Center and in is intended as a blessing of extended compassion. Created in collaboration with Kerry Phillips. Installation with tapestry (8x10ʼ) of domestic and international maps, wire warp, washed blue prints, and sound recorded off the wire warps during the collaborative weaving process.
